Finally back from trg..I missed Ms Chng(:
So it's decided then.

I thought about what she said.
Then i understood what she was indirectly telling me.
Nobody in my batch is good enough..so why not let a sec 2 take the lead?? Yeah. Why not.
I like my coach. wait. I love my coach(: but I think she just don't understand us.
It's okay. CEDAR BLAZERS RULE THE COURTS NO MATTER WHAT. YOU HEAR!!
Hahaha I am so proud of everybody today:D:D

We went onto the courts as players. We left as champions.

When we first started playing, I felt demoralised..Why was it so hard to just play your best, to give it your all? I wasn't very used to that kind of attitude. I'm sorry I gave the moody face): But everytime we got on, it was the same few who came out and pushed on and slugged it out..

But then. during the last 2 games, I could see everybody just so focused..all reaching towards the same goal. To show the others what we are worth. And I admire that(: I think we ALL have the potential man. Just need to put in a little more at a time. We've taken a leap today..WELL DONE!!

Today i went out to STUDY. haha oh wells. at least i did one chem paper(: okayokay only the mcq.. :P
went to j8 with my classmate Angie and tried to study at the library. Where we met the Joyful Amanda:D hahah she is weird. She went to j8 in the morning and called me to see if i was there. Then when i was there she was at plaza. then SHE CAME BACK. hahaha to show me her new Star Wars book. WHOOHOOOOOOOO! I rejoice with you amanda(: Angeline's friend came shortly before. She's now in the same school as Spinelli..

I am in love....with my book!!!!!!!!!!!! Hahaha maybe i'm in the same boat as Amanda:P
Wow. This is the first book (or series i should say) that makes me so interested to pick it up and read non-stop..I even had a dream about it. It's about the tribulation times. And what makes it even more interesting is that it's TRUE. As i keep reading i just keep saying "wow wow wow wow wow.."

I seriously have to stop sleeping so late..I'm havin funny sleeping patterns. Yesterday before trg I slept twice AFTER WAKING UP. haha and I keep having dreams..Each time i fall asleep I have a dream. Every night i'll have dreams. I'll share it with you all someday(:

Oh, tmr seniors are coming for trg..I feel happy. haha i guess trg has been weird without them..

and what happened yesterday..ahh. you know, it has really let me see what is important and what isn't. I guess ever since tournament ended there was no passion in trgs. it was different. I did not have that passion anymore. Because i saw all around me my teammates and juniors had no passion. I was disheartened. I was sad. But you know what? I've decided now that i shall just enjoy my time in trgs. I don't really care or mind if a junior becomes my captain. Because nobody else does. and i've set my priorities straight(: LORD guide me to do Your Will..

Talking about C. S. Lewis, I'll be watching Prince Caspian on thurs!!! Wheeeeee(:

haha got much to tell you about my geog field trip today!!

the first place we went to was sungei buloh wetland reserve! before 8.30am it's free entry but after that time it will be 50 cents for students i think. poor people! how do they earn anything like that? but yeah we reached there maybe a few mins before 8.30 so we didnt have to pay anything! we set off on our first trail on the back mangrove paths. there, we saw many types of mangrove roots (knee roots, prop roots, hanging roots, and many many more i cant remember now). we walked quite a lot, on mangrove boardwalk, seaward trail also. it was really fun...but initially we got bitten by a lot of mozzies! felt itchy and scratchy all over.

genevieve, serena, nabilah and i were all fooling around like crazy....our main topic being MATING. yup haha we're that lame. ms lee (one of the teachers...super funny) told us the last time she went SBWR, she saw spiders the size of a man's head! we were horrified. but serena was like, so cool i wanna see. so dunno how the topic switched to spiderman and i said ok then serena should get bitten by the spider and become spidergirl. serena then started calling me spidermandz! oh my..why so many people use that nickname huh? what's wrong with my real name? short and sweet what...anyway then we gave each other superhero names. like nabilah wanted to be batgirl and genevieve insisted on lobstergirl. red one somemore! then i reminded her, you know red lobster is dead and cooked? then she said never mind! weird la!

oh and guess what i was supposed to be group leader and take charge of the data loggers! but we forgot to bring one of the wires, it was left in school so basically we couldnt use the data loggers. so i was just carrying it around for nothing since it's group leader's responsibility. after lunch, we went to bukit timah nature reserve. we began the long ardous tiring ascent. it was better than climbing the stairs i tell you. ying ying, serene and i agreed that track, basketball and netball should come here and train. i tried doing launches for the steep parts but it was too tiring and i gave up. we were concentrating more on ascending as quickly as possible as compared to observing the fauna or flora. when we reached the top, we spotted a green snake! maybe like 30cm long. with triangular head. in the grass. a lot of people took pictures of it.

oh and when we reached the bottom, there was this store selling ice cream and cold drinks so he made good business, seeing as to how hot and flustered we were. guess what, monkey business took place! story goes like that : nabilah bought a bag of keropok and left it to damia to take care of it since she wanted to go to the toilet. then damia left it on the bench where she was sitting. as nabilah came out of the toilet, a monkey from above suddenly jumped down and grabbed the bag of keropok and ran off! then after that another monkey saw and chased after him. wanting to get the keropok but the first monkey ran off and we were treated to a monkey chase on the roof tops. haha. then they disappeared. nabilah's reaction was so cute! she was like 'hey, that's MY keropok' and 'excuse me!' to the monkeys when they were chasing after each other. haha. nice experience huh?

we returned back to school and spent about 1 hour at the stage area there, doing the data logger thing. you know salinity and pH value of water collected from sungei buloh in 3 diff areas. during that time i spotted kathleen and sangu collecting balls from the stallroom as well as weishan and charlene! i also spotted jkok and mrs yeo. haha. i went home after the geog thing. was so tired. and i didnt bring suitable shoes for training since i expected the geog trip to last past 5 pm. (after training). so yeah. that's how my field trip went. how was training today then?

Was talking to a few of my frens..suddenly it felt different. It was grief. They are not saved..

yesterday.

whoa. I shall start halfway through the day(: it was after the OAI facilitation course..Took a long one hr ride and a slow walk home and when i came to the door, i found out i had left my key at home. My whole family was somewhere far far away and they just left home half hr ago so they said they were not going to come back for me): they were only coming back home after dinner so i had 6 hrs left.

My first thoughts were to climb over the fence though there were ppl and cars driving past once in a while. I remembered the time my sis climbed over the fence cos nobody answered the doorbell..haha! but then i still wouldn't be able to enter the house. so i started calling ppl. first was the silly bum, which told me about the Thunderpants and about how a baby farted his way out of the womb... ...so i gave up and called some other sane ppl:D

The sun was hot and it was frying my brains so i shifted to the playground instead. it was quite deserted and so i rested a bit there while listening to 90fm..then i took out my Prince Caspian book and read one chapter, but was tired so i just started scribbling on my Instr notebook some nonsense. which was quite a failure. I wrote 2 pgs but look at my first line, "3+pm. I'm at the park near my park." yeahh.

Then Spinelli called half an hr later.

She said that i could go over to her place:D So she fetched me all the way to her house..We started talking about the farewell and x-country. We fooled around for another 3 hrs. Then they brought me to swensens! haha can you believe it I nvr went there before..I missed the chance when weili brought the team while i had a fractured ankle): It was filled with Narnia!! Whee. Dinner was great. THANK YOU SPINELLI FOR SUCH A GREAT TIME AND RESCUEING ME ONCE AGAIN(:

I think being locked out of the house was a blessing in disguise..So i say, Thank you Lord for blessing me with such great friends to rely on and for giving me another path out of the dark!! To show me that You are still there beside me protecting me and guiding me all the way.

p.s Spinelli! you are super funny k. haha what the "why is janell so serious? I can't ....." hahaha! don't worry, I'll keep quiet about it(:(:

haha so glad cross-country's over! it was hot and tiring and a killer!

anyway its like i think cedar netballers just rock so much. have you ever heard of anyone who started FROM THE BACK to end up in such good positions? I really think we should be promoted 10 positions for sheer grit and perserverance. but the rankings are not important. i have to say some really important thank yous and sorrys first.

THANK YOU!! Thank you to the sec 3 netballers. You guys just rock so much. I loved the outing afterwards, and i loved the way we almost (key word almost) screwed up our seniors farewell yesterday to in the end have it turn out so well. i wanna thank you guys for however crazily it sounds actually walking from tp to tampines mall. imagine the calories we burned! (: i also wanna thank kathleen, natasha and evelyn for setting the pace for x-country for me. i dont think i could have perserved with your help. i also wanna thank natasha especially, for agreeing to slow down towards the end of the x-country because i asked her to. otherwise i might have given up and started jogging instead of running. and because we slowed down, i had time to catch my breath and energy left to sprint the last 200m.

SORRY!! Sorry to Afiqah, Hanis, Husna and Andeline especially. Sorry we didn't slow down and wait for you to sort out your problem and ran on ahead. Our plan was always to run AS A TEAM. So very sorry for breaking our promise.

Looking back, I think these last 2 days we(the sec 3 netballers) have been through a lot as a team. Haha...I hope we will always have this special bond ok?

Alright, and just to prevent this post from turning into an Oscar Award Aceptance speech, remember our promise ok? We are gonna train hard and achieve our dreams next year! (Haha, now I think I know why Mrs Jai said I was a team player. But it's still so weird!)

CROSS COUNTRY WAS GOOD. Haha. GREAT job ppl! We did really well considering that we started RIGHT at the back of the huge Sec 3 pack. Oh well. It doesn't REALLY matter what we win. As long as we know that we have done our best, we should be proud of ourselves:) Sorry Ande, Fiish, Sangu, Hanis n Hus for going ahead:(

The outing afterwards was so crappy man.. we made complete fools of ourselves and received many stares i am sure. HAHA. BUT, IT WAS funnnnnnnn;)

It was great singing all those rockin' songs with ya kat. HAHA. tho im sure many tot tt we were mad ppl:D

SO. It is officially the START OF THE JUNE HOLS!!!!!! Although i don't think i'll be enjoying it much wat with all the hw n tests coming up after the hols:( Not much of a holiday but i know i won't find it tough to make time for FUNNNNNNNNN too:P

last day of term

Today is the last day of term 2!!!! Hahah don't know whether to say I'm happy or sad.. I'll just say happy(:

quite an exciting day today. hmm let's see. Class. First period had physics! We launched rocketssss:D sunshine and i were discussing abt our fav topics again(: she is a future terrorist man.

den maths was nice. NOT. He came in and started telling us abt our common tests in term 3. then he gave out holiday hw which he encouraged us by saying "It can be done in 3-4 HOURS.. it's just FORTY-SIX slides!" then he started the excercises for properties of circles!!! whoohoooooo. the first one he did in 6 steps. He said it was the "professional way of doing". my table partner found a way to do it in two steps. yup. but he made up for it by giving us hello pandas:D

Chinese was eventful. fullstop. and reading was class cleaning..which sunshine invaded my privacy. she put detergent on my butt. and said it was soft like my face. ewwwwwwwwww. She needs to be sent to woodbridge pronto!
Bio ended sad. Ms Tan is not teaching us for the rest of the year!!!!!!! D: we were all groaning awayyyy when she told us that.

After school was more eventful. two monitress meetings!!
hmm. The first was confidential(: so i shall not say anth. but i think it was good and i just told them wat i wanted to say. we should have more of these things in future(:

when we went down for seniors farewell they had eaten all the pizzas alr! D: den they sung "happy farell" to themselves. After that parveen called me to one side. you know what she said. "Kathleen i tell you a secret okay." den she whispered, "I think you look really handsome. really." den i stood there and stared.. hahaha and you know what she said to make things even better?? " I mean it from the bottom of my heart!" whoa. Hahaha tsk so direct man. Den after being left in a state of shock for a while, shakila said "omg Nair! you told her?!" And they called me HB for the rest of the day. D:

Farewell was quite okay actually! even though the timetable was quite messed up:P whoa the water part was a bit overboard and disasterous though. I'm really sorry sorry sorry to those that i wet ur notes!!! D: hmm the water was coldddd. Parveen poured the whole content's of her tumbler down my back and raihan my sides and irdayu half a tumbler on my head. gosh i was soaking wet. could feel the water runing down into my pants. Haha but it was fun(:

Haha Mandz! I think Hus is jealousss..hahaha we must show her more love next time:P Hahaha you know when we were doing the "5 minutes" I felt like the old Mandz was back. the same bouncy old you who loved fooling around. as in having fun. not any other way:D

Okay gotta get some good sleep now. Have been waking up at 4+ these few days:P I'm trying to change my sleeping pattern. looks like i'm doing a horrible job..haha tmr is cross-country!! Jiayou's ppl!! seeya(: niteynite.
